I’m Laura (nick name Lolo) and I started this little space
of mine in 2013 as a way to express and challenge myself, as well as have a little
fun. It began mostly as a way to share the before
and after
of my very first home, but boy has it evolved
from there! Whether it’s gushing about my fur babies Gunner
and Ted
(sorry no real kids here yet), sharing a wild
weekend or new recipe,
my life is pretty much laid out here for you, the way I would with a close
friend.
In real life I work in marketing for a small county Fair in Idaho and it’s my job to get my community excited and coming to their favorite event (and country concerts!) every year. It’s a ton of fun and has really helped me spread my wings in the social media world, which lends itself well to this blog of mine.

beyond the day to day – the dog
(have I mentioned him enough yet?) my boyfriend of almost five years, James (the BF), and
how much I like food.
If you don’t find me at work or blogging, I’m most likely
outside somewhere with my favorite furry
guy, hanging with friends, spending time with my family or enjoying
my favorite past-time, snoozing.
