One year ago today, I officially became a home owner.
I can't believe it has already been a year.
Though I did not move in right away (moved in first of March), getting my keys on Valentine's was a special treat. James and I had a very "romantic" night that Valentine's Day starting the home make-over project that would last almost another year.

I feel like such a grown up being able to say I have owned a home for a whole year! Wowsa!
Even though we aren't doing anything too big today to celebrate Valentine's Day this year, I still plan on having a beer and cheers-ing to a year of home-ownership!
Oh, and poor Gunner was dropped off at the vet this morning for his neuter surgery. Good luck buddy! We love you!
