At Home Chai Tea Latte - Only 30 Calories!

It’s Monday once again, so let’s face it, we all need some coffee.

Oh wait. I don’t like coffee.

Enter Chai Tea. And lots of it please!

I’m not exactly re-inventing the wheel here. Basically this recipe is exactly what the concentrate suggests for mixing your drink.

What I CAN say however is that this is an EPIC combination and it is only about 30 calories!!!
Plus, making these at home, as opposed to going to the coffee shop saves me over $20 a week.

Here’s what you need:
  •    Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  •   Oregon Chai Sugar Free Concentrate
  •  A Super Cute Tumbler or a glass
  •  Ice Cubes

Chai Tea Latte
Then assemble.
 Fill cup half way with ice.

Iced Chai Tea Latte
Pour concentrate to just barely cover ice.

Add almond milk to top and stir. I use about equal parts concentrate and milk, but adjust to your liking.

Then enjoy as you head off to the Saturday Farmers’ Market or to work.
