Friday Favorites and the SOB Award

No. Stop. S.O.B. does not stand for what you think it stands for. It is the “Sisterhood of Bloggers” award and I was nominated by the oh so great Tinisha over at Note the Obvious. She’s a new blogging buddy of mine and it has been so great getting to know her!

But more on the SOB Award at the end of this post – and you know you want to read all the way to that end so you can see if I nominated you, right? RIGHT? Yeah I thought so.

Here are the favorites I’m loving this week:

BBW Vanila Bean Noel Nourishing Hand Cream. Go get yourself some stat. Use coupons, they always have coupons! I got two full size candles, two hand creams and a full sized body cream for only $23 (which was the price of the candles). Plus there’s a new coupon in the bag, as usual #winning.

Coffee in a Holiday Cup. I think most of you know I’m new to this coffee thing. I still prefer the taste of chai and order that about half the time… but Coffee…. I mean I get it now… and in a holiday cup, I really can’t say no to the caramel mocha-y goodness.

Windshield Scraper Mitt. It started blizzarding here yesterday. Yeah welcome to Idaho. I am just never prepared for winter weather when it decides to show up, especially when it’s been in the 50’s and 60’s and gorgeous and then all the sudden BAM a blizzard this week. Not cool weather. Not cool. The scraper though? Yeah, it’s a win for getting that gunk off the car.

Cars.com. I’m trying to buy a new car (wahoo!!!) and this website has been a Godsend. I don’t think it is 100% accurate, but it sure beats bouncing from dealership website to dealership website. All the cars in my area, all in one place, easily searchable by whatever criteria I have. It’s awesome. SIDENOTE – I am having a huge dilemma deciding between a sedan and an SUV. I currently have an SUV, but I am torn between the comfort and good MPG of a sedan vs. the size and utility of the SUV. HELP!? What are your thoughts?????

Leggings. Ok I’m kind of late to the legging fad because I didn’t think I could pull them off and I didn’t have the appropriate tops to go with (long ones). Now I’m obsessed. I want to just wear leggings and boots all day, every day. With this high-low sweater particularly. Bought it. Love it.

2. What is something that you look forward to daily? Coming home to my dog, Gunner.

9. Do you have any fur babies (pets)? Yes, Golden Retriever, Gunner and Orange Tabby, Ted.
