Halloween '14

I know I'm a day late for re-caps, but I had some important business to attend to yesterday. If you missed it, make sure you check out my #treatyoself post with Miglio Jewelry!

Ok, on to Halloween weekend! Oh what a weekend it was!

I was home alone, since my guy is out of town on business. I still tried to make the most of it however and I feel like I barely had time to breathe! It was a jam-packed, perfect fall weekend, minus some torrential rain on Saturday.
Let's get to the good stuff!!!

Left to right, top to bottom...

  1. My Halloween office attire.
  2. The gang at Frightened Fellons on Halloween! One spooky crew!
  3.  An ornament at the craft bizarre my mom and I went to Saturday. I took photos of things so that I could Pinterest them later...
  4. My backseat buddy, he likes to use me as a headrest.
  5. My costume in all it's glory. Still not sure exactly what I was, but I nailed it!
  6. Goodies from an ALL DAY shopping extravaganza with my mom Saturday. It went from a quick trip to the craft bizarre to an all day marathon.
  7. The beer I enjoyed after said marathon at the Yardhouse where I had dinner with my parents.
  8. More spooktacular fun, this one was in the haunted cell  block!
  9. Gunner blissfully happy with his ball out at the park
  10.  My girls! I think we look very freaky and sexy at the same time.
  11. A local park has opened up for off leash dogs from Nov 1- Feb 28 in order to ward off geese. It was a gorgeous day with snow on the mountains when we visited Sunday afternoon. I can't wait to go back to this park, since it is way better than the fenced in, bark covered usual dog parks in Boise.
Also, I'm coming in late for a very special party hosted by Crystal Michele's Mess! It's a challenge to go 30 days explaining what you're thankful for. Today's topic is Friendship. Easy enough to be thankful for right? So link up!

I am so thankful for the wonderful friends that made my Halloween such a blast! Even being DD, I was able to enjoy myself, laugh, and somewhat tolerate the tight costume and makeup. My friends made it worth it. I could not live without this core group of girls here in my home town, my college friends who I jump back in with every time we talk and the childhood friends I still keep in touch with. I am one lucky girl!

Hope you had a beyond wonderful Halloween weekend and made the most of your extra hour for daylight savings! I slept through mine and it was glorious!
