yay! i'm looking forward to your, and everyone's, updates. it's incredible how much food has an impact on your health, how you feel etc...since i overhauled my diet in 2012 (or was it 2011? it's been so long i can't remember), i have never felt or looked better. YOU GUYS CAN DO THIS!

ReplyDeleteWhoa... good luck!! I've seen some other bloggers tackle this challenge and I think it's just too far out of my reach for now :) I will definitely be cheering you on from the sidelines though and I will (try to) break a habit of my own: biting my nails.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds stupid, but I've been doing it since I was 7 and I can't get myself to quit.
You guys already know that I am SO IN!!!! I have been terrible lately and feeling terrible as a result. I cant wait to kick my own ass next month!
