My 3 Favorite Beauty Products for an Everyday Look

Today I was thinking about my beauty routine. I can barely call it that compared to some women, as the grand total of the time it takes to "beautify" myself, including my shower takes about 35 minutes.

And that led me to thinking - what are the things that help me create my look so quickly? Those things are certainly of value to me! So I thought I would share.

Here are my favorite beauty products I use in my daily routine that help me look great with a minimum amount of time:
Maybelline Mineral Power Foundation: I am not a fan of liquid foundations. They feel heavy and suffocating to me. Plus, I like a little of my actual skin to show through (freckles) so that I look like me. This foundation is the perfect solution. It goes on light, evens and smooths my skin tone, but does so without being heavy. Applying takes just seconds and I don't have to worry about having make up lines or keeping it even. Available at drugstores/Walmart/Target $8.97

Clinique Chubby Stick Eye Shadow Tint: This one is a bit of a splurge, but it is so worth it. Why? Because this product not only acts as a color, it works as a primer for your eye make up! No need to buy a separate primer and apply before the shadow, saving you time and cash. I rub this across my lids and into my crease, and then throw a highlighting color/shimmer over the top. It lasts all day and looks amazing! (My go-to shades are Lots'o Latte and Whomping Willow). Available at fine retailers (I go to Macy's) $17

Covergirl Flamed Out Mascara: I have very short, fine, light colored lashes. Yeah - not the best combination. What I love about this mascara is it only take about 2 coats to create a lot of volume and length. No need to go over and over your lashes. The brush helps separate and lift lashes and the fun color of the tube doesn't hurt either. Available at drugstores/Walmart/Target $5.94

The sad thing? This is about all that goes into my daily look - the only items I didn't highlight were my bronzer and eyeliner. Seriously - 5 items and I am done! I'm not saying it's for everyone, but it works for me.
What are the secrets behind your beauty routine? Are a you a quick apply and out of the house like me or do you take your time primping? I'd love to hear about it!
Have a wonderful weekend! TTFN.
