My Weekend in Numbers

Hey Y'all!

I'd like to say I didn't have a post yesterday because I had a whirlwind of a weekend full of exciting things, but that wouldn't be the truth. It was a very laid back, lazy type of weekend.

My friend Erin did a post about her Week in Numbers a while back, so I thought it would be fun to do my own version regarding this seemingly mundane weekend.

So here it is, my weekend in numbers:

9 = the number of beers (approx) I had Friday night for the Going Away/Birthday Party

2 = the number of trips to the grocery store that didn't involve actual groceries

1 = the number of free Redbox rentals I took advantage of

3 = the number of consecutive movies I watched Saturday night that had nothing to do with each other (Spy, Star Trek Into Darkness & Ever After. Because I'm sure you are curious)

10 = the number of toe nails painted

1 = the number of tailgates skipped to do the above 3 items

0 = the number of winterizing items I needed to do in the yard I completed (out of like 7)

2 = the number of laundry loads completed

26 = the number of photos taken for my Where to Wear post coming Thursday!

1,000,000 = the number of times I threw a ball for Gunner

3 = the number of dog park trips

15 = the number of peanut butter chocolate chip cookies I baked Sunday

4 = the number of those cookies I ate immediately following the baking

2 = the number of meals enjoyed with parents (once with the BF's, once with mine)

1 = the number of presents wrapped

0 = the number of social media posts and interactions

As you can probably tell, it was a "wild" weekend. One that I desperately needed to get caught back up on life. I didn't conquer all I needed to but I do feel far more rested and ready to take on this holiday season!

Tell me, what did you do this weekend?

  12. I'm impressed that you were able to give an approximate of 9 beers. I had two ciders and a shit ton of sangria at a friend's birthday party on Saturday. Yep, so that meant Sunday I was hungover.
