#HASHTAGHUMPDAY | I'm Stabby

It's been a week already friends. And not in a bad way, but in the kind of way that you don't really sleep a wink Monday night and it makes you really stabby.

I hate that.

But alas, we've made it to humpday so let's do the darn thing! Make sure you say hi to my lovely co-host Lauren. And why not link up with Alanna for confessions too? Two birds. One stone. You know I'm all about that!
#Hashtaghumpday @ Life with Lolo

First a little business. Here’s the scoop:
  • Each Wednesday create a post about what’s going on in your life and #hashtag each item or story. See an example HERE. Be as creative as you want!
  • Grab the button and include it in your post
  •  Link up so we can all #creep on you and find out what’s new/funny/awesome /shitty in your life.
  • Comment on at least one other blogger’s post from the link up (someone you don’t already know!) if there even is anyone who links up…
  •  Share on all your social sites with #hashtaghumpday
  • Have fun! #hashtagtheshitoutofeverything #whocaresifitsarealhashtag

Kapeesh?

First let's start by a follow up on last week's injury. Good news, I'm back in real pants and no bandages. It's healing up quite nicely actually. But you know how scabs tend to get itchy when they are healing? Well I'll let you decipher that one #itchyass #itsaproblem

Like I said before, I barely slept a wink on Monday. I know I talk a lot of shit about Ted, because he's an asshole, but the reason I was laying awake Monday night was because he was missing. Well, missing in that he hadn't come home yet that day from his usual jaunt around the neighborhood. So I guess what I'm trying to say is I actually like the little bastard, heck maybe even love. I was having these horrible visions of him flattened on a road somewhere #roadkillstatus.

Of course a little after midnight he graced us with his presence meowing to let him in our bedroom sliding door #stillanasshole #ishouldhaveknown #selfishbastard

I still didn't sleep after that, and once I did finally fall asleep the dog of course needed to go out #damnyouanimals!

Then finally around the time I needed to get up I fell asleep. Why is that always the case? I decided to take a few hours of sick time to sleep a little extra. Instead I laid there awake till 8:30 with both the cat and dog spread out on top of me. #cutebutdickish #canyoujustletmesleepplease

I'm one of those people who does not do well with less than 8 hours, Slice that down to about 2 in one night and I'm affected the entire week. So I'm stabby. Real stabby. #dontmesswithme #restingbitchfaceweek

Can someone bring me an IV of coffee and some motivation? Great thanks #illtakeanything.

What's going on with you this week? Link up with us below and Alanna!

  1. I was just telling my guy how Astro, MY ginger cat, got all up in my face last night waking me up twice. And my guy told me how he rolled over on Ivy, our tortie cat. Hey, we just all need California King beds!

  2. #itchyass may be my favorite hashtag of the day :)
    Glad your cat came home...
That dog pic & the bed... yep... I've woken up many a time to see my husband gave up & went to the other bedroom - & the other dogs are all comfy in his place & on his pillow :)

  3. Ugh the worst is when you lay awake the entire time and barely fall asleep before you're due to get up. That's just disorienting and makes you feel more tired. More stabby too.

  5. haha pets and your bed is exactly the same as kids in your bed. it's why i never could co-sleep with my daughter - she's all over the place, hitting/kicking me and shit so she has her bed, we have ours! i'm a much nicer person when i've had sleep :D

  6. I'm finally getting down to being able to work with only 6 hours of sleep. I don't know if that's good or bad, though.

  7. oh I am super stabby without at least 8 hours of sleep + usually two cups of coffee. oddly enough though -- on Saturday I pop out of bed way before I'd need to for work.....

  9. I do NOT do well on zero sleeps. My dog woke me up Tuesday morning at 0205 and it was well after 4 when I finally fell back asleep in a pissed off rage because WHY CAN'T I SLEEP BODY!?!
Lol, and good luck with your oozy-ass-scabs. Really I just wanted to say oozy-ass-scabs cause it's funny to me.

  10. i get pretty stabby on little sleep as well. i have 3 cats, and they all love to lay between my husband and i, they don't take up a lot of room so no big deal, but they decide 3am is clean ourselves time and it shakes the whole bed and wakes us up lol. also, i swear, i have fallen asleep RIGHT before i needed to get up so many times. seriously, like you said. it's always the way!

  11. I have been stabby all week too. My dog totally takes up the entire middle of my bed and I want to kill him!!! I missed hashtagging it today but I just didn't have it in me to be creative so I went easy. next week!

  12. Most of my sleep screwed nights can be attributed to my dogs.

  13. I hate falling asleep right before I have to wake up. Seriously the worst feeling. Laughed so hard at the dog in bed picture. My dog is small, but she's long and somehow manages to try to take up a huge chunk of my side of the bed.

  14. Hahahaha the one with the dog waking you up to go stand in the yard?!?!?! Yeah, that is my dogs hardcore. Gracie used to sleep with me when I lived alone, but when Chris and I moved in together...she basically got kicked out of the bedroom completely. I hated it at first but now, to be honest...I am thankful he made me. I sleep through the night most nights now that she isn't constantly moving around on me, snoring, stealing my covers and doing her nightly cleaning of her paws that happened somewhere around 245am and lasted a good 20 minutes. hahaha.

  15. Ugh we are having a similar week. I didn't sleep Monday OR Tuesday night. I am dying. I heard "The Devil Inside" on the way to work today and I feel that accurately describes my current situation. Anyway, I'm glad your injury is healing and hope you catch up on sleep soon!
